Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 20% of the service cost.
NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. Thank you for respecting our policy.
